StructuredJV partnerships are structured on a deal-by-deal basis following an intake consultation. All terms are documented in advance. The following structures are available:

Not because they couldn't be resolved — but because resolution requires the kind of deep-record research, legal fluency, and persistent follow-through that most firms aren't structured to deliver.
We named this firm after a Welsh word that has no English translation. Hiraeth — that ache for something unresolved, something lost, something that belongs somewhere it hasn't yet returned. That is exactly what we do: we resolve what is unresolved. We find what is lost. We return to the record until the record yields an answer.
